Healthy Chicken Kabab
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup finely chooped onion
4 finely chooped green chillies (as per taste)
1/2 cup finely chooped cilantro
2 tbsp ready-made tandoori chicken masala *Note1
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin-corriandar powder
juice of 1/2 lime
salt to taste
Procedure
1)mix in all the ingredients very lightly *Note2
2)make 2 inch diameter small balls, press lightly , don't make very thin
3)on medium heat, shallow fry 5 minutes each side with little oil or oil spray
4)let it rest for 5 minutes
5)serve hot with lime wedges
Notes**
1)Badshah, Everest or any brand
2)do not knead like dough, kababs will become hard

Seven cup Cake (Besan Burfi)By: Shobhana Manohar
Ingredients
Besan - 1 cup
Tup / ghee - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
sugar - 3 cups
Sliced almonds - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder for flavor
Procedure
Mix all ingredients except almonds & cardamom powder together in a big kadai or thick bottom pot.
Keep stirring on low-medium heat till the mixture thickens and starts separating from sides of pot .
It may take approximately 20/25 minutes . It should be thick but pourable.
Add cardamoms powder & mix well.
Pour the mixture in a plate covered with tup & spread evenly.
Sprinkle almonds slices & let it set for few minutes.
Cut the burfi in your favorite shapes & enjoy!
Tip - You can use less sugar if you prefer.
